Sacramento Punch Line won't let us redeem GroupOn coupons we purchased Sacramento, California

My wife purchased tickets on GroupOn for the Sacramento Punch Line.  She called last week to get
reservations, and was told that it was a special event, and we couldn't do that.  When she started asking more questions, the guy got rude with her. That isn't nice.  So yesterday she tried again, as per Punch Line's offer, to redeem our coupons for tonight.  We're trying to take my step son, who is on
leave with the Marines to a show, and they are ruining it by not letting us get tickets.  The guy she talked to yesterday was much nicer, but wouldn't let us get the offer either.  This is not the deal per the terms they offered - these coupons ARE GOOD on Fridays. 
This is fraud and a rip off.  The guy on the phone even told her they were getting lots of complaints about the GroupOn coupons.  They offered the deal, they have our money, they don't seem to want to let us see a show.

I had posted the issue on the Sacramento Punchline's facebook page, and they said to call the manager after 1pm.  It was after 1pm, so I called.  There was no manager there, so they took a msg, with my name and phone #, and that it was about the GroupOn coupon; but they never called me back.

I take this as further evidence they don't really care about customers.  Why publicly put on there for me to please call them so they can resolve it - if they never bothered to call me back?  Because they have no intention of changing their ways.  They have my money from GroupOn, but don't want me to see a show.
