Sadigh Antiquities Sells fake antiquities New York, New York
I notice on Google when I was looking up the address of an antiquites dealer that Sadigh Gallery (antiquities) was listed as selling fakes. I purchased several things from them perhaps seven years ago. One of them was a Bronze Age thimble. When it came it was encrusted with mud; so I washed the mud off. Turns out it was a modern metal thimble. I sent it back along
with the rest of my purchases. They did refund my money.
When this happened I wrote and told BAR (Biblical Antiquities Review) magazine they shouldn't take their full page glossy ads as they were selling fakes.
