Safe Auto Insurance Tried billing me for nonsense charges after cancellation sour grapes Columbus Ohio

After a couple of years of being overcharged for coverage. I finally wake up and check with other companies and find coverage for about half what these
people were charging me. Never had a claim, paid on time. but rate kept going up.

After I cancelled, on their due date, they start trying to collect more money from me for just having sent me a bill. Sour grapes.

I called to complain and got a discourteous customer service rep named Donald, who hung up on me before the problem could be discussed.

For all of you out there, please check with other companies for coverage. Believe me, you can save a lot of money.

and have had nothing but excellence service from them
Been with them over 10 years with auto coverage, horse trailer coverage and home coverage
All claims have been paid and they are helpful and courteous when dealing with anything
Sorry you had a bad experience but I have other insurance coverage and this is this first insurance carrier that has been outstanding
