Safe-cart has charged me for services I did not recieve, As a result, I filed a dispute with my bank who removed and investigated the report. one month later they returned the claim to my bank stating I had recieved there service and my bank re charged my account and closed the case. My question is this, Even though I filled this thru my bank as unauthorized chargeds for services not recieved, shouldn't safe cart need to send Me proof of tis service recieved as well as my bank, or can they just blaitently tell the banks that they did provide the service and not worryabout the lies they sell.
