 I noticed a strange transaction on my bank statement and questioned the bank about it. I figured I have been hacked, my financial details stolen by this company and this company has started to fraudulently deduct money from my account.

I then received an email this morning saying I had changed my account details and they were going to start deducting money from my account. I cannot email them, it bounces back, I cannot ring them they don't answer and I believe that they are as dodgy as the day is long.

I have never given them my credit card details, I have never even heard of them, I have never authorised any deductions from my account. It is theft, it is fraud and I will report this to the Australian federal Police and US and Canadian authorites.
