Safe cart Safe cart is using my credit card to generate monthly charges I did not agree to. I signed up for a one time charge and they keep charging me Nebraska

 I signed up to clean up my computer The service was rendered with no change to computer activity. Still slow. Now I am being billed every month and never agreed to this.
