The Installer Mike Borgrcdais, He told me that I needed to purchase a video cramera for the Monitor system to work properly. The price went from $36.xx to $85.59 a month. The so called video camera juet takes snap shots and only works half of the time. When I called the 1-800 number they told me that that was a lie. If I wanted to remove it it would cost me 90% of a 5yr contract, which I wasn't told at the time of installation. I will hire an Attorney myself if needed.

I also foud out that the installer did not put up any window sensors, and the motion detector is in the 6ft hallway between the bedrooms and bathroom. He should of put it in the rear of house where the washroom is and back porch door. Can you refer me to an attorney in or near Gainesville FL. Thank You
