Complaint Review: Safe-Guard Products International LLC

Safe-Guard Products International, LLC Gap Provider will not approve or process your claim. They provide GAP coverage and for 6 months they are going back and forth saying they dont have what they need though I and my primary insurance have called over 12 times and confirmed they have it. They come back asking for the same thing. Atlanta, Georgia Nationwide

I had an accident back 6 months ago and it was considered a total loss. I opened the claim with this company and provided each of the 42 pages in an extremely organised way, confirmed that the fax went through. I didn't hear from them so I called. They said they have been waiting on one document, the ACV. My insurance company (primary) has sent this as well as myself over and over and over. Confirmed receipt and they still stay they are missing it. They don't pay claims, this is fraud....
