Hello All,

I am writitng this report because I purchased a new car in Febuary ,2015 in Federalway, WA . When I purchased my car I aslo purchased Gap Insurance(SAFE-GUARD PRODUCTS INTL) at the dealer too. I Was in a accicdent on July,8 2015 and my car was totaled . The car was still very new and I stIll owed a lot but then came my saviors PEMCO INSURANCE and they paid off a very big portion in a timely manner. The problem is that I'm still waiting for SAFE-GUARD to pay their portion. Why did I spend my money and purchase Safe-Guard Gap if their not doing their jobs and processing claims quickly?? When I call I'm being told the samething by every rep that it's still processing . I had all the documents faxed over immediatley only to recieve a emails 3 weeks later , stating that they need more documents... mind you The Car Dealer, Pemco Insurance and myself faxed over everything again anad again as well as emails too. It's to the point where it's beyond frustrating and I just want what I Paid for nothing more! I am so worried because 98% of Safe-Guards reviews are TERRIBLE! I will never ever use Safe-Guard products again ! My problem is that I still owe a balance and the bank wants their money and it ruining my Credit Score . All I WANT IS FOR Safe-Guard to pay the balance off ! This is what I spent my money on and im getting the run around ...why take my money if you can't do what I payed for?? I would not recommend Safe-Guard at all !!!!! ps, did I mention that the dealer, the bank, and myself has called many timey to be told it's still processing . I think I will be contacting my local news station consumer reporting guy Jesse. Thank you, A very very unhappy customer!

 Hello , I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with Safeguard. After, many many calls to Safeguard, they did finally pay their portion. Hang in there and keep calling non stop! I hope that it all works out for you!

Has Safe-Guard resolved your GAP coverage loan payout?

I am contacting an attorney next week regarding the EXACT same issue you're having. Has GAP done their part on our case to finish out the insurance claim payout? I'm personally going on month #2 dealing with them. My insurance company, Progressive Insurance as well as my bank, US Bank is even questioning Safe-Guard's existence.
