Safe Home Security, I am locked into a contract with Safe Home Security and they will not let me terminate my contract even though they have not coplied with thier part of the contract Ripoff Rocky Hill Connecticut

I am locked into a contract with safe home security and they will not let me terminate my contract even though they have not made them self reponsible for their part of the contract. I pay $123.00 for the Monitoring cost and an extra $30.00 dollars for maintenance. Mind you no one has ever been to my house to look at the system. I have asked to cancel this contract and can not get any wher. I have explain to them that I have a ill child that takes expensive med and that I would like to cancell the contract, even if I am charge an early termination fee. I have also asked them to take the $30.00 charge off since they have never been to my house for any type of maintenance and the one time they did came out to move one of the eyes I was charge $90.00 dollars just for them coming out. There answer to me was if you do decide to cancel anything they will report me to the credit bureau and ruin my credit. I am more then sure that because they have not kept there part of the contract that I am in every right to terminate my contract but I am scared that they will ruin my credit.
