Complaint Review: Safe Load Moving and Storage

SafeLoadMoving and Storage is a complete and utter disgrace of a 'Moving company'.  
They are completely undependable.
They lie and lie and lie again.
They did not send major items and did not make amends !  My almost new Matress and Boxspring are missing.  Shelves for my entertainment center are missing.  My WII Fit is missing.  My tools and laddar are missing. My piano arrived with a broken leg !  Many other items arrived damaged - furniture scratched, crystal broken as well as other valuables that were marked Fragile and well packed.

I feel like I have been robbed and vandalized !!  
I paid $3500 for this move - $1100 more than their original quote !!  
I paid them a lot of money in good faith - but feel abused and sickened by the whole experience.  

I have moved many times.  This time has been a nightmare.
I literally feel like I have been robbed and vandalized!!!!!
I truely pity who ever chooses to move with this company.

I have repeatedly tried to contact them via email and telephone to make a settlement.  They don't answer my emails or calls.  If someone does answer, they lie and say that so and so will call me back.  No one EVER calls me back.  They lie and lie.

Don't be fooled by any sweet talking salesperson from this company.

This company is from HELL.
