Complaint Review: Safe Load Moving and Storage

I'm in the military and received orders to move from Arizona to Georgia.  I found Safe Load Moving and Storage from a search engine and requested a quote from them.  A guy named Maxx contacted me and provided a quote for the day I wanted them to come and load my personal belongs for shipment.  In the middle of all the hectic issues with uprooting your family on the military's whim I did not pay close attention to the upfront cost/deposit they wanted in order to lock in the rates.  So I authorized a credit card deposit of $500. 

Close to the day of the move he called to tell me they will not have a truck to pick up my stuff on the day as agreed.  They can provide one AFTER I start my travel.  This was unacceptable because I can't be there to supervise the loading.  So I end up getting a Uhaul and did everything myself on the day of my move.  I called a few days later to request a refund because they had failed to provide service as stated.  Maxx told me the manager is willing to provide a full refund.  It is now 3 months later and I'm still trying to get an ounce of honesty or restitution, if there's any, out of them.  Their BBB ratings is nothing but a Big Bag of Bs.
