Safe National of America Bad Customer Service St. Petersburg, Florida
Bad customer service goes along way especially to us customers. But what I have experienced went beyond my bad, it was altogether insulting. I went to Safe National of America with plans to buy a new lap top. I was dressed shabbily since I went to the farm of a friend of mine and just decided to drop off since I need the use of the laptop later that day. When I went in the store, I immediately asked the a sales rep about their laptops and she referred me to another. I started to ask about their MAC’s and she rudely cut me off and said that MAC’s are expensive and I’m better off with some brands that I wasn’t familiar with. I said its fine, I want a MAC. She looked at me in a condescending way, and said didn’t I say that they a little expensive? That really put me off, so I asked if there was any other sales rep, and fortunately there was another but they don’t have the model I was looking for. But I won’t be coming back to that store again. Are they taught to look down on people with baggy clothes and to choose on customers. Safe National of America seriously needs to improve their customer service.
