It was quite a busy and tiring day for me, so instead going to the mall to buy a present for my son I just sit in front of my laptop and browse the internet for online stores that sells the latest PSP for my son. Ive chosen the well advertised Safe National of America thinking that it will give me the best product they have as it claimed that they are the most reliable and the fastest store in delivering the ordered products. I was really looking forward to see my sons face lit up when he will get hold of his new PSP, however when it finally arrived he was disappointed as the controller wont work. Instead of letting the images move according to the movement he wanted it turned into a zombie. I Safe National of Americas customer service as it was the store where I have purchased it to inform them that the PSP they have sent is defective. They told me that it was not and it might be us who destroyed their product I was really in rage knowing that what we received is really defective. I called the management and told them that I will return their product and that they should replace it with a new one. To my disappointment they told me that they have a no return no exchange policy which is not really acceptable since all of the stores are having that policy but I was really disappointed since their management would not even listen to the scenario I was telling them about their product. My husband who was already irritated listening to my grumbling told me to better forget it and he will be the one whos gonna buy a PSP for our son to calm me down. Although it have been pissing me a lot I decided to mellow down and rather consider it as a lesson learned.
