I think Safe National of America is going on a descending spiral. Before my Dad used to say that he commends the store’s services. But now all I could link the store to is some cheap surplus store that sells substandard merchandise and has poor customer service. I’m not some outsider trying to add firewood into the fire, because I was a customer also, and you can’t blame me for feeling so annoyed. So I bought two wireless mouse at Safe just about 4 months ago. The other one was okay.  So I saved the other for future use. Just last week I tried it, and was annoyed at the fact that it doesn’t work. When I asked the store about this personally, they said they’d check on it. Well, I suggested they should replace it and they were amenable, only because the model they’d replace it with is cheaper. I wouldn’t take or tolerate such treatment. I paid the price; I should get what its worth. I know I don’t have to make so much fuss over a few dollars discrepancy but I’m just furious. Now my Dad said that sometimes it’s bad to expect too much of something. Okay, so for everybody else out there, you might as well see it for yourself. As for me, I just forget the store ever exists.
