Complaint Review: safe national of america

safe national of america warranty ripoff Internet, Nevada

After purchasing the extended warranty for a Canon S520 ink jet printer, the day finally came when I neeeded to act on that warranty. I took the printer in and Safe national of america determined that the fault was in the print head. They checked their systems, and advised that the print head was considered a consumable product and thus not covered under warranty. I have several problems with this:

1) A print head is not something I can purchase off the shelf as a consumable product for a printer.

2) Some printer models print heads are considered consumables, some are not.

3) Nothing I agreed to at the time of purchase of the extended warranty specified the print head as a consumable.

4) Where does this argument stop? Are the paper rollers a consumable?

Safe national of america are deceitful when selling the extended warranty at the time of product sale. I have not receievd the printer yet as I will take this as far as I need to to get some satisfaction out of this policy. If I cannot, I will personally make sure none of my coworkers or family ever buy at Safe national of america or bestsavingsource.

Hey Micheal. I can't help but notice that your update indicates you were the author of this bogus report!!! Do tell us what's really going on! Were you fired? Are you one of those "repair your rep" clowns? What is your beef that you're compelled to file FALSE reports about this outfit?

Surely you must know that filing false reports merely dilutes the credibility you might have had, as well of the credibility of anyone else submitting such nonsense.

Perhaps it really was aliens! LOL! I guess you should purchase the extra heavy tinfoil for your hats, because the cheap stuff you're using is letting the "control rays" through. LOL.

Do tell us why you copied an old ROR about Future shop and submitted as a "new" ROR about Safe America. Take your time Mike-we'll wait.

Here's the original Future shop report from Oct. 2004: http://www.ripoffreport.com/computer-dealers/future-shop-best-buy/future-shop-ink-jet-extended-w-3fezc.htm

Steve and Jim, you guys are onto something and you totally rock for doing research, as I am too. I'm glad we're past the bickering and are getting down to the nitty gritty with these guys.

I think an employee of "Safe National of America" is writing the bogus reports about the brick-and-mortar electronics store, to try to hide/detract from the legitimate reports, which are that they are withdrawing unauthorized funds from peoples' bank accounts. I agree that there is NO STORE. The website, bestsavingsource.com, is a completely bogus website... it's pretty obvious.

Jim, I did apply for a loan at checkngo.com not too long ago but got declined, so I think you hit the jackpot on that information!! Wow, I really thought they were a legitimate payday loan company. It could also be that they are, but someone hacked in and is funnelling personal information from the site.

I hope you guys are filing reports with BBB, attorney general, FBI internet crime department, et cetera. We need to get the attention of the law and get these guys CAUGHT!!!

Hey Jim,

Thanks for the info update.

And sorry for the 6th grade thing, it really wasn't aimed at you. It was a generalization of the majority of the bogus/spam posts.

Thanks again and good luck buddy.

I have been trying to get more information on this guys "business". I recieved an email from him stating that he tried to call me over the weekend. I never talked to him over the weekend. There was no calls from "withheld" or anything like that.

If he called like he says, the only number he could have called from is:

(604)669-3557

I have tracked this number to Vancouver, in Canada.

The only name I can find connected to this number is "Phone BC Pots", but after that I hit a dead-end. I am so close to nailing whoever is behind this scam.

I have also gotten him to admit that I did not make the "purchase" he has insisted for almost a week now that I made. So far all he has told me is that it was made through an online payday loan site. One of these these three: checkngo, tlc, or cash flow usa.

www.checkngo.comwww.cashcentral.com which shows as tlc when they send money to your account, or draft you payment

Ihave so far been unable to find the web address for the third, if any knows, please post it. He claims to have his people researching the transaction, but we all know how that goes.

Oh, and regarding my 6th grade level you talked about, I guess it's a good thing I work at a factory that makes school books, now I know what to read at break(lol).

More Bogus Brother reports!

When are you going to stop this nonsense?First you spam ROR with reports against Safe National that appear to be written by the same person; similar poor writing style with poor grammar, improper word use, improper verb use, etc. These poorly written reports were addressed by another ROR reader.

Then there were the duplicate reports; ROR 677384 and 677430 were submitted on 2 different dates by 2 different people. But wait, these reports are IDENTICAL.Go figure. These RORs can be seen here:

http://www.ripoffreport.com/computer-manufactures/safe-national-of-ame/safe-national-of-america-free-ae592.htm

http://www.ripoffreport.com/architects-designers/safe-national-of-ame/safe-national-of-america-cust-6294d.htm

Now youve resorted to copying old RORs about other companies and relabeling them and submitting them as new RORs about Safe National.

ROR 112745 (Future Shop from Oct 2004) was copied and resubmitted about Safe National in ROR 680683.The original ROR is here:

http://www.ripoffreport.com/computer-dealers/future-shop-best-buy/future-shop-ink-jet-extended-w-3fezc.htm

The new Safe National ROR is here:

http://www.ripoffreport.com/miscellaneous-electronics/safe-national-of-ame/safe-national-of-america-warr-fccdd.htm

ROR 30608 (Future Shop from Sept 2002) was copied and resubmitted about Safe National in ROR 680383.

Original ROR: http://www.ripoffreport.com/computer-manufactures/future-shop/future-shop-purchased-kingston-fc74f.htm

New Safe National ROR: http://www.ripoffreport.com/miscellaneous-electronics/safe-national-of-ame/safe-national-of-america-warr-fccdd.htm

ROR 595764 (Best Buy from Apr 2010) was copied and resubmitted about Safe National in ROR 680692.

Original ROR: http://www.ripoffreport.com/audio-electronic-retail-stores/best-buy/best-buy-worst-buy-is-more-li-c29e6.htm

New Safe National ROR: http://www.ripoffreport.com/miscellaneous-electronics/safe-national-of-ame/safe-national-of-america-over-b5355.htm

Any credibility these reports might have is now in the toilette.Perhaps one or two reports may have been legitimate, but it is now clear that someone is on a vendetta.Perhaps youre one of those repair your on-line reputation outfits trying to extort money from Safe National. It wouldnt be the first time someone tried that approach.

Either way, your nonsense is just that-nonsense that should be ignored by all.

P.S.Im not an advocate for Safe National.I wouldnt order a thing from them because their SSL certificate is for a DIFFERENT WEBSITE.Check it out for yourself at www.bestsavingsource.com and go to the checkout. This is a huge RED FLAG that should be a warning to all.

I finally figured out these bogus "Safe National of America" posts. These bogus posts are only designed to bring up the rankings of bestsavingsource.com in the search engines. No physical store actually exists, and the website is a scam and not a legitimate business.

I have challenged these "employees" as well as the "owner" to provide proof of legal business entity, but they have not responded.

SCAM.
