I wanted to buy one licence for a driver software from Safecart, which was listed for just unde 9 pounts sterling. After I clicked to buy I got a noticed that I had purchased licence dfor 10 PCs and had been debited 47.93. As I was unable to persuaded tham I only wanted one licence I sent another email canceling the deal. I never downloaded anything  and Safecart debited my credit card for 47.93
