safecart.com this company as been charging me for services that i have never recieved.they said i could install a program to protect my computer that only cost 9.95.they have stolen over 70.00 from my bank. Internet

safecart.com has taken over $70.00 from my bank over the last two months.i have recieved nothing for this money.they said it would only cost $9.95.but, that has not been the case.i want my money back.and the interest that i have lost while the money has been gone from my interest earning checking account.not later now.
