Complaint Review: safecart

safecart PC Power Speed looked at site, was charged unauthorized for protection software, then charged twice at JCPenney the very next day. total rip-off of $360.00 plus new card fees and frustration to the extreme! Internet

I looked at a PC Power Speed site and they wanted to charge me.  I declined and was charged anyway!  The very next morning, our credit card was charged with two unauthorized charges at J C Penney!  This has cost us over $360.00, fees for new cards, contacting all auto payments with various companies i.e. auto insurance, bills on auto pay, etc...This is a Rip-Off and they not only don't provide the service they advertise; they charged all other kinds of unauthorized purchases on that same credit card!
