My Start by Incredimail.com was hijacked into my Browser/Cookie. I could not remove that program. I checked on-line to find how to remove the above program. So I found Perfect Uninstall to rid this program on my computer. A credit charge was made w/Safe Cart -$34.95 on 1/25/09 for this program.

I contacted support@perfectuninstaller.net 5x's, have documentation, about my problem of deleting/removing Incredimail. My messages were never answered only received this answer = "Dear Customer thanks for your support" click on one of following sites."
I clicked into the Registration Window of Perfect Uninstaller listed the headings of Uninstall - Force Install etc. A drop down menu to scroll for Incredimail in the listings - It was not listed... It was never listed in my Add/Remove Programs.

Unable to remove (Incredimail) it was not listed in the drop down menu window under the Headings. How can you highlight and remove if it is not listed.
So I got smart and forwarded
to "support@perfectuninstaller a message from my other e-mail would never address why I couldn't remove that program only would have the above "Dear Customer etc." or Customer Service reply re: my problem and we will credit my credit card.

Kitty..Did you or anyone install the program, Incredimail..If so, you go to your add/remove from your control panel, and "uninstall" the program..Then after the uninstalling go into "program files" and look to see if you see the folder "Incredimail"..Sometimes when a program is uninstalled, the folder could still be usually in the "program files"..In the past I have used Incredimail by installing it.."Now if you are saying you nor anyone else installed the program, then you have a problem"..Do you use an anti-virus-spyware program such as McAfee, or Norton as examples?..I am going to guess that you don't, "because if you didn't install the Incredimail and it installed itself, I know Norton would have blocked it from being installed, "OR" if it did get through, running a scan with Norton would have either put the problem (trojan, virus, worm, etc,) in quarantine or removed the problem..People get confused by the term of "deleting and removing"..They are two different options..Deleting just takes whatever you are trying to delete off of the list, to whereas removing, completely removes whatever from your computer/laptop..Also I suggest if you are using the versions of XP, Vista, etc..Newer versions, that you empty out what is called the "prefetch" folder" which is in the Windows folder..The prefetch are like cookies, and they will (come back) regenerate just as cookies do..."It is a safe folder to remove the contents"..I clean out my "prefetch folder" at least once a week..Then empty your recycle bin..Final thing, if you nor anyone else installed the program, "you may have to take your computer/laptop in and have technical service look at it.."Good Luck!"..
