SafeCart Unauthorized charge for software never ordered Internet
On May 6, 2016 I received a notice from my PayPal Credit Account that my account was past due. Upon reviewing their statement, I discovered a charge for $29.97 from SafeCart dated April 4, 2016 that I did not recognize or authorize
