This insurance company started adding hazard insurance to our home in 2002,to the tune of any where from 900.00 to 1.200 dollars every year, after it's added our house payments go up till this is paid off,we have constantly made phone calls and sent faxes along with our insurance compay Nationwide Insurance.

We have paid extra money to them each time they have billed us even though we have tried so hard to make them understand what they're doing to us,even though we have sent proof of insurance.

We have been covered by Nationwide since 2001 with no lapse in coverage.

This is again happening now, even though I sent the required amount 605.00 to have everything straight on March 11,I even had Nationwide fax proof of insurance and I also faxed the same documents to HSBC Mortage and their insurance company Safeco.

What else can I do I'm ready to move out off this house and let them have it.
