So my experience is strange.  I contacted Safe Dinar via email and was told to call them.  I called them four times and never got a returned call.  A total of six days passed and no contact via email or phone.  I specifically asked in my email what I wanted in regards to purchasing a currency.  This should be a pretty simple transaction since I have done it a few hundred times with other companies.  I don't understand why a call was needed when they had my order online via an email yet I am told to call.  Does the price change based on someone's voice?  Is it a barter system?  Why the phone call and why was I never given the chance to buy or given a call.  I called them out on the issue and still no response.  When they fail to realize is I have email tracking software.  When my email is opened I know the date, time and location.  They were opened and received yet not responded to.  That's a bad way to do business and appears to be pretty fishy.

I looked at the reviews from the BBB and the have an A+ rating.  How can you have an A+ rating when the reivews on the BBB are both negative?  Maybe because they dues?

I've read multiple websites after the fact that show they don't deliver when promised and don't return calls.  I thoughts are this.  If you are buying a currency from them you may not get your currency.  Seems they have a great way of avoiding and covering things up.

My final thought is their website.  They claim that with over 3797 reviews that around 99% are 5 stars.  Where at the 1 start and 2 star reviews?  Are they saying there are not any?  Can't be true, because there are two on the BBB website along with many more I have found on various other websites.  Do they delete the bad reviews to make their service look legit?

When a company fails to perform a basic service of returning a call or email they really need to rethink their business model or get out of business.  This lack of response probably cost them tens of thousands of dollars just from me not using their service.  I'll take my business somewhere else thank you.
