 In january 2015 I purchased a 2007 audi q7 from green light auto sales in Seymour ct. Along with the purchase of this vehicle, Carlos Moran the finance manager sold me a key warranty 899, a powertrain warranty 3200+ and a tire wheel and dent warranty 1299 from safeguard warranty, and assured me coverage would be guaranteed. I discovered that safeguard warranty company wasn't in the buisness of covering anything.

My first denied claim was for a key fob. I called from Feb-April 2015 to have a blank key fob cut, and both the warranty company and dealer told me that I the customer had to cut my own key. Although I should have been covered for 2 cut key fobs. I tried to cancel the key warranty afterwards, and the dealer ignored my requests until November 2015.

My second denied claim was for a malfunctioned ac blower. I called in a claim in June 2015  I was assured by safe guard warranty company that I was completely covered, and that I should get the vehicle serviced, and have the shop hoffman audi call them with the cost. Safe guard warranty denied hoffman audi claim for the service, and had I to pay $500 to hoffman audi for services rendered. I requested the warranty to cancel all 3 warranties afterwards. My request for cancelation was ignored for 6 months until I called the lender for help, and had to personally drive to green light auto sales in Seymour ct, and had Carlos Moran cancel the warranties in Nov 2015. Safe guard warranty company denied the tire warranty cancellation due to the fact that the request for cancallation was after the 30 days of purchase.

The third denied claim was for my damaged tire wheel and minor dents. I called in a claim june 2017 and I was referred to firestone. A firestone tech called safeguard to start a claim and was denied due to the fact that my tires lowest point was below 3/32 of treading. A safeguard customer service rep told me that I as the customer was supposed to be responsible for maintaining new tires above 3/32 of treading and I would not be covered for wear and tear, just road Hazzards. I was contacted by a dent doctor tech and was told i was not in his service area.

To date no work has been done to my vehicle. I am certain that I am not the only willfully ignorant customer that has been defrauded by both green light auto sales and safe guard warranty company. I need help resolving this issue, by getting a full refund of my purchase of the tire warranty price of 1299.
