Safelink Tracfone 2 Emergency Standby phones-neither works! Internet

After several calls,Safelink sent a replacement phone to me. When it arrived and several calls to Safelink later, a Safelink/Tracfone employee tells me that the old Safelink phone number and minutes cannot be activated to the new Safelink phone. Furthermore it would take 2 days for this miracle to occur.So I have 2 dead Safelink phones with 0 showing instead of 1909.60 minutes. I am elderly and in bad health, not stupid. This is an inexcusable manner to treat anyone. If family members had not added additional minutes because they are afraid for my health, I probably would've left these imbeciles long ago.
