safemotorist.com Driver Improvement Program do not let me proceed next level, which means my DIC will be never done. I want get refund, $19.95. Internet

I paid safe motorist.com $19.95 so that I could finish DIC program.  I spent so many hours to review module 1 to have right concept and right answers for the quiz 1.  I read and read to get answers right for the quiz 1.  No matter how I tried, the score was either 87% or 75%; I tried to get all the right answers for 8 questions.  After so many trial and error, I came to conclusion that there is no way I could pass that DIP.  Bacious there is no way to go through any more than module 1, I have no chance to go through that DIP.  The due date to finish DIP progrogram is August 30, 2014.

Safemotorist.com not only took $19.95, but also that internet compamy took away my chance to finish the program to have better driver's record.  I am very sure that I made all right answers. I carefully read all module 1.  I also checked to see any error I made by putting wrong answer; that is how 75% came from. No matter how I do, the quiz score was not any higher than 87%.  

It does not telling me what the correct answers shoul be.  Since I made only one answer wrong, the internet should have system to let me know what is wrong.
