I am a client of SafePaySolutions. David Finn collects money for his clients for products they sell, takes fees and then does not send the proceeds.  At his site the transaction is marked as "Pending" which is forever.

He never answers his personal email or returns calls at his virtual office at Regus in Reno.
If you are a client of SafePaySolutions any money he collects for you is lost. If you have a SafePay Solutions payment button on your site or offer...remove it immediately.
