Safer Wholesale Great Sports Inc would not replace or fix damaged item that I received Internet
I ordered a 50cc (pink camo) 4 wheeler for my daughter. when it arrived it was damaged. the weld on the tail light was broken and there were scratches everywhere on it.
I called the company right away (it is still int he shipping container), they said to take pictures and to email the customer service department. Did that, no response
So I guess I am stuck with a $700 damaged 4 wheeler that was a gift for my daughter. The customer service for this company is awful. i would recommend to never use them. I am just sorry I did not see this postings before it was purchased.
