On April 19,2013 I purchased a Pink Panther 50cc scooter from saferwholesale.com / and or Great Sports Incorporated.

The website and sales pitch was convincing DOT approved and EPA certified. Ready for registration all customer needed to do

was sign the title and take it to the DMV. There was a suspicious clause in the sales receipt about how  to get the certificate

of origin but I didn't think anything of it because mine came with the unit and was signed off by the company.

When taking the moped to my local DMV the lady at the counter noticed that the paperwork was suspicious. What

caught her eye was the no charge of tax for the moped and the state of Illinois has a sales tax of 6.25% on all retail. So

she ordered the vehicle to be inspected and charged me $200 sales tax concurr California's 8.25% sales tax and $31 dollars

for registration fee but would not legally register the moped until it was inspected by the California Department of Motor

Vehicle investigations.

Upon inspection of my scooter I was informed that the Vehicle Identification Number did not match my title at all

and infact my scooter is a 2008 and not a 2011. Upon notifying Great Sports Inc. with this discrepency with all legal and

binding documentation that their company signed under oath. They replied with nothing more but an email saying they found

the correct title not even  an appologize or any offer to give me a moped of the year make and model I payed for.

This company's obvoius fraud they  are committing  is not only on the customers who buy their sports vehicles but

also they are ripping of  the Internal Revenue Service and giving the state of Illinois a bad name.

Now I am stuck with $1,300 worth of fines and a scooter my daughter can not legally ride to school which was the

purpose for buying the scooter instead of taking on the great cost of buying her a car.

Please look into this matter millions of people get ripped off every day of their hard earned money because they just

don't have the resorces to get a lawyer to sue.
