I have ordered from this company in the past and had no problems. This time, I have had a major problem.

I placed my order on 4/11/06 and it was approved by the doctor on the same day. I received an email on 4-12-06, stating there was a nationwide shortage and the order would be delayed 7-10 business days. I was ok with everything so far, but now it has gone through my credit card and I am unable to do anything about it. It's now May 15, 2006 and I still haven't heard from anyone. I have emailed 4 different times and never got a response back. I have called the number where I get a run around recording and then it hangs up on me. I have not ever had any problems in the past and was always able to refer friends there way, but I guess that is all coming to an end.

Hopefully someone will know what can be done or who we can get a hold of who is in charge. All I am asking for is my order that I placed.
