Ordered merchandise from them on Saturday evening.

Follow up phone call Wednesday afternoon to recorded "Customer Service" line instructing me to only e-mail them 3 business days following order placement. Promised an immediate response the same day.

Follow up e-mail Wednesday afternoon requesting shipping status and information.
NO REPLY

2nd follow up e-mail Thursday afternoon with much sterner language warning I would contest their CC charges if they did not reply.

We have read and recorded all email sent to Safety Central and
have determined that you have used vulgar language or made threatening remarks, unjustified statements or unfairly complained about this company outside the customer order agreement and order processing policies that were agreed upon when placing an order. This was truly an unwarranted act.

Action Taken:

Until further notice we have suspended your ordering privileges using your IP address, name, shipping address, email, phone and billing numbers. This will affect our online companies and our affiliates selling millions of products throughout the internet community.

We routinely monitor the Internet for defamatory and unwarranted
accusations, libelous and slanderous remarks. We will defend the integrityof this company against such damaging attacks and will prosecute those offenders to the extent allowable by law when necessary.

They canceled my order and then threatened me with legal action.

Pretty darn silly reaction and clearly demonstrates their lack of care to meet the customer's needs.

It was nice of them to ban me from further transactions with them so that I can make sure I never make the mistake of giving them my business again though!

We are sorry to see this report is floating around. We purchased this company from the past owner summer of 2014.  Our Parent company has a very strong core belief in customer service.

we guarantee shipping within 48 hours on all in stock merchandise, we take returns without question up to 30 days after purchase, and we have a live person in customer support four days a week, to field questions or concerns.
