I am sorry I don't have the model number, at this time (I''m at work).I am writing because I purchased your potty seat for my toddler and It is either defected or not a very good product.

It leaks all over. I am a single mother and struggle with time to get my son off to daycare and myself to work. This results in my tardiness to work.

Every day my son goes potty and it leaks, some how through the back. His clothes get wet, I have to rinse them then put them in the wash then I have to wipe my bathroom up with a rag, wash my bathroom with clorox.
Clean my mop. As well as, purchase new mops because it is urine and the clorox eats through them. Then I have to clean the potty. That is another problem because everytime you slide the potty out the urine splashes all over.

Not only has this become a very frustrating time throughout our day but it is costly. Worst of all this whole experience is not very good for my toddler who continues to think that because he got his clothes wet he had an accident.

That was pretty much my letter to them. What I got in response is well we only cover items upto ninety days of purchase. WELL I'm sorry that my child did not potty train to their standards. He was not ready.

They end their e-mail to me with "Have a great Day!" What does that really say!!!!
