Safeway and Albertsons Extortive Food Mafia Tactics Offering Duress And Reprisal Phoenix Arizona

I have used Safeway.com for home delivery in various US States over the past ten years and also used their stores in person from time to time. They have now been purchased by Albertsons and problems are in fact worse not better.

With the change to or with Albertsons I have noticed additional levels of dishonesty related to home delivery that include:

Malice and obfuscation related to the receipts provided for the grocery delivery. Like items are spread all over the list of items on the receipt making it all but impossible to locate them and collate and sort them and account for them.

This happens 100% of the time and for ALL items on the order that are alike.

Delivery charge and tax and summations used to be at the end of the list and now appear in the middle someplace and have some odd code with no description.

Drivers are rude and callous, often babble about nonsense and use profanity, complain about the fact they have to deliver, or that the order is too large etc. lunacy.

Over the past years I encountered various other behaviors, fishing on the notion of weakness, disablity, possibly lack of a license, or that it was taken away as a result of my wrongdoing, offers to stalk me from place to place, an overly aggressive want to identify me personally, and then offer frauds and theft as some mode of extortion based on them wanting to play big brother on it all. Odd and creepy.

Vigilantism.

I have overt thefts done to me intentionally including having about $15 of a $130 order delivered, placed in scads of extra bags done to obfuscate the problem, and when I told the driver it was short, and based on my quick assay showing that over 90% of it was not there, I refused it. Then he started to argue with me saying I can not do this or that it would be fixed some other way. So he made this choice.

Again it gets in to personal behaviors that include passive aggressive, the want to toss their weight around and act surly, etc. this got into a want to deliver the order later that day, it never happened, then more phone calls were made, it was going to be done a later day, I was then verbally abused on the phone, told one thing, then they lied to me about what they just said, then reversed themselves again, were surly and abusive on the phone, this went on another earlier time with a female employee doing a like thing, insanity.

After all of that I was left without that order and was billed for it.

This largely got into a bunch of character slurs made of me personally despite me not knowing anyone there, and some forms of reprisal etc. Way too heavy.

I'd never use these people ever. Food Nazis.
