Safeway Insurance Company rip-off! Rude bad service! Obnoxious customer service claim judgement! Westmont Illinois

I was involved in an auto accident in where the other parties insurance company was Safeway Auto Insurance. I was driving straight on the street while the other driver turned right into me not paying me any attention. After I filed a claim with his insurance, Safeway, I received a check in the mail for 75% of my estimated repairs and no money for my injury. Their decision was based on the fact that their insured driver said I was speeding in order for him to not be at total fault.

After receiving the check I wrote a letter disputing the situation as there was no tickets issued and there is no speed limit sign on this street, basically no proof of speeding. I called the lady handling my claim, Sylvia Gomez, in which basically she yelled at me and hung up on me. When I called back I asked for the manager and he was at lunch, and then I asked for Sylvia again and the operator said she never talked to me and did not know who I was. I couldn't believe it!!

I got a response letter back and Sylvia typed in huge letter on top of my complaint letter like I was dumb and could not read. I wrote another letter to the manager and have not heard from them since. I cannot believe what kind of service this company provides, I hope no one ever uses their service for auto insurance, I'm glad I'm with Allstate!!
