Safeway Insurance ripoff Alpharetta Georgia
my truck was totaled on may 8, 2005 in ga. i have called several time and they are stalling. refusing to fix my truck. first they cant find if the driver was coverd or not. they are saying my truck was wrecked prior to their client hitting my truck. so i called the company they is posting the claim on the clue report they say it was already fixed. they will not return my calls.
they have been on channel 2 news for the very same thing i am lost how do i battle such a large company?
