Me and my mother went in to Safeway on 06/03/12 to get money that my sister sent me thru moneygram and the person that was in the customer service area was Kathy supervisor. I gave her that recieve funds paper. Kathy stated that she could not find my mothers name on file due to wrong ID #. I asked her if she can check with the name and she was real rude and said no. I said how can we look it up? She bluntly stated that we should go back to our country. I said that I was born in the US and raised in the US. She repeatedly was being rude repeating to go back to our country. I got furious and asked to speak to her Manager twice which he did not show up so I left after waiting for 20 mins going back and forth with Kathy insulting me and my mother. My mother stayed behind and she kept asking my mother what country do we belong and laughing. My mother responced to stop offending her because she has not done anything to her. After giving my mother the money she smiles and starred at my mother and stated have a great day.  I am requesting for something to be done due to the racial remarks which I did not deserve. Thank you for your time in this matter.
