I PLACED MY ORDER ON APRIL 21 FOR $107 AND I WAS TOLD THAT MY ORDER WOULD ARRIVE IN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS AND ANOTHER ORDER ON APRIL 28 FOR $107 ALSO (OVER $200 LOST). AFTER MY ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE I CALLED, E-MAILED NUMEROUS TIMES WITH NO RESPONCE. WHEN I CALL A MESSAGE KICKS ON AND SAYS THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE BUSY SERVING OTHER CUSTOMERS AND SOMEONE WILL HELP ME SOON AFTER HOLDING AFTER THE MESSAGE THE PHONE HANGS UP AND THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME. WHEN I E-MAIL OR SHOULD I SAY SCAM-ARTISTS THERE IS NO RESPONCE AT ALL AND I HAVE SENT ALMOST 20 E-MAILS IN ABOUT 10 DAYS. THE NAME OF THE DR THAT APPROVED MY ORDER IS SUBRAMANYA K PRASAD MD WHICH MAY NOT EVEN EXIST OR IS BEHIND THE SCAM ALTOGETHER AND MAY BE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RIP YOU OFF.
I AM FRUSTERATED AND VERY ANGERY, I AM LOOKING FOR A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM AND I AM OPEN TO GOOD IDEAS OR WHATEVER IT TAKES TO RECOVERING MY MONEY OR PRODUCT ORDERED. THANKS AND GOOD LUCK!

Hello,
I too was ripped off by this so called company. I placed and order, money withdrew and still have no product. I finally found a phone number that I could actually cancel my order. I was told my money should refund in 5 days. Hopefully it will. I was told once again about the shortage on phentermine and was given a choice to wait a week or two or have my money refunded. I chose the refund. Apparently this number is the go-between of the company which took the money from my account and the pharmacy.

Thank you, Robert, for giving the unlisted number. Any information is helpful to all of us that have been ripped off by this company. I called the number and it has been disconnected.
I too have sent numerous emails and told them I am filing a report with BBB, Rip Off Report, etc. They have not responded. Some consumers are lucky to get a response, others are not. So I would not hold my breath waiting for one. File your reports with these agencies and call your credit card immediately.
My two questions are: Is there ANY legal action being taken against this company. I would like to hear about it if so, as I can't stand how many of us have been ripped off, and would like to do something about it, but am not sure what we can do.
Secondly, Is there ANY legitimate pharmacy company on the internet to order from that anyone knows about, or are they all scams, and just under different names.
Also, I receive tons of sales calls from unknown pharmacies everyday asking if I want to "re-order" saying that they are an affiliate of "a pharmacy I ordered from", but when I ask them about my order with NDA, they say it isn't the same company after all. It is hard to understand them, so I just ask to be put on "do not call list". I think they just sold my info to all scams out there.

If you ordered by credit card then call your credit card company and ask them to do a chargeback on that transaction. They should do this after they conduct their own investigation, and they will credit your account for the money you lost. At least it worked for me, and mine was $228.
