Before I ordered the product from Sage Advice, I emailed the owner and told her that I did not want to receive autoshipments. She told me "don't worry", "it's not problem", you can always "just cancel".

The day I received my order, I emailed her to remind her to cancel the autoshipments as we discussed. I did not receive a reply saying that I couldn't cancel via email. 10 days later, on October 13th, she billed my credit card again in the amount of $181.97.

First of all, I told her I wanted to try the product and decide for myself if I wanted to order more. Secondly, her own policy states that you have until the 15th of the month to cancel and she charged my credit card on the 13th. Thirdly, autoshipments are supposed to be monthly, not weekly.

I didn't see the charge until October 20th. As soon as I saw it, I emailed her and told her the charge was not authorized and to credit my account. She refused. She even tried to scare me by saying that it's "the law" and she went to law school. She told me it's her "legal right" to continue to charge me. And that day, she charged me another $181.97.

I didn't see that charge until yesterday, October 24th, now my credit card company has opened a fraud case.

I've contacted the Connecticut Attorney General's office and she has OVER 100 complaints filed against her.

She also has SEVERAL complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau.

This woman will say anything to get you to purchase her product--she comes off very nice and caring, but don't be fooled, and she will just keep charging your credit card until you have to cancel it. Her tactics are unfair, deceptive and illegal. I'm filing complaints with both the MA Attorney General's Office and the CT Attorney General's Office.
