SageRyder They shipped a defective projecter bulb and when we returned it, they refused to issue a refund. Atlanta Georgia

In August 2008, TruCut Incorporated ordered and received a defective projecter bulb from SageRyder. They told us to return the bulb in it's original box and they would issue credit.) Since that time, they have promised over and over and over again, the refund is coming. As of 4/1/09, we still don't have the refund.

I've been working in the business world for thirty (30) years and it does not take 8 months to receive a credit unless someone is ripping someone off.

LET ALL BUYERS BEWARE OF SAGE RYDER. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
