Complaint Review: SageStream

I was in Kroger and a lady asked if I wanted  a Kroger card.  She had a quota to make and I said yes.  I have excellent credit and it is  around 811 every month.  I received a letter saying based on my credit, I couldn't receive a Kroger credit card. I  called and only got  a recording to leave a message.  I see that I am not  alone as I see many people that have been ripped  off  by this agency.  You can't reach them.  Sandra Keller, TX
