Complaint Review: Sai/castlerock Security

Tried to cancel my security when my three year contract was up so i called the number and found out SAI changed to Castle rock and i have to stick with them for another year because i didn't send them a written notification before my contract was up. I asked when did they change to a new company i was told last month. i complained to them why didn't i recive a notification from them about this. they said they did send it out i asked when was this i was told "awhile ago" they could not give me a date not even a month.

i complained to them why do i have to send a notifaction of cancelation when they couldn't send me a notification of company change. never again am i going to have a security system. oh yeah castlerock website don't work.
