Complaint Review: SAI-Security Associates International

I signed up for First Line and they where debiting my account every month.

I received a call from First Line after 2 months and they informed me that my alarm was not sending a signal and they needed to come fix it. They canceled the day before they where suppose to show up because they said the new monitoring company would call set up a appointment. My account was debited the next month and i never received a call from the new company so i canceled my card from them debiting my account. i received a call from SAI wondering where there payment was. explained the whole situation thinking that now problem we will send someone out to fix it. They said it was not there her department and she wanted payment. i explained that i was not going to pay for something i was not getting. i said i was willing to pay going forward but was not willing to pay the months that i was told my system did not work. she said no so i Asked to speak to a supervisor and but was told someone would call me back. next month goes by and i receive another phone call asking for payment. i asked to for her to read me her notes. all it said i refused to pay. so i explained the whole situation again. same story for the next 3 months until i get a call from a collections agency.

So I filed a report with the Attorney Generals office and they are very helpful. At least i got some response form SAI but all they where still set on not hearing anything i had to say.

I asked the Attorney Generals office under the Freedom of Information Act how many complaints they had from SAI. He had 23 on his desk alone from this year.
He was going to put together a report and give it to his supervisor regrading this company.

I have contacted a law firm to start a class action law suite and I am going to call the TV station for them to do a report on them.

If you are having a problem with SAI report them to you Attorney Generals Office.
