My wife was injured at work and has doctors orders to be off work for 3-6 months. This pitiful excuse for an insurance company is playing "WORD GAMES" in a sad attempt to get out of paying what is owed stating, and I quote "That not how I interpret her doctors records" I am at the moment seeking legal advice because this is just wrong. Her doctor says she can't work, Her employer says she can't work. It is going on 4 months now and not a dime from them.

The crooked SOB's better hope I never run into them in a dark alley!

Dear William,

You can file a complaint and receive comsumer help at your Mississippi Dept. of Insurance at 601-359-2453. All insurance companies must follow laws and regulations set down by the state. Have your policy info and name, address and phone number of Traveler's when you call because they will need that info to help you.
Best of luck
