For about a year or more I have been recieving "prayer letters" from Saint Matthews Churches and it's not that I'm not a believer, but each letter was different.  like from the prayer rug, prayer handkerchief and now the "prosperity cross". They say it's totally free but I have been scammed enough to know when "it just don't sound right". I was almost ready to mail the card back to get the cross, but decided to check their website and my suspicions were verified. I had a feeling that if I sent the card in, I would soon be hasseled for money.....as it seems many others did. I am thanful to God for many things........including the ability to check these people out first.  Beware!

This is an On-Going Scam That Harms Christians

This is such a widely-known scam, I am surprised they are still in business.

You did the right thing to trash their messages.

If you had out your physical home address on that and sent it back, there is no telling who would have showed up at your home and for what and you can bet nothing good would have come of it!
