There aren't enough words available to describe how sneaky, selfish and downright dishonest this little "pastoral" scammer is. Small wonder that he wears a concealed handgun. [ He's had trouble from former customers whom he has ripped off in the past ] 'Promised us that everything would be working on the vehicle at the time of delivery and almost nothing was fixed.

Apparently, his top priority is making a fast buck. Remember, if he's selling you anything over $500 dollars, you HAVE to get his phony promise in writing for it to be binding.  Surely, there must be a very special place in Hell for a nasty, little scumbag like this.

Regularly exploiting the elderly, the weak, the undeucated and the poor. Watch your back here and never, never, never bend over near him.
