I ordered a neck Hammock for $42.95.  Saiyo billed my Credit Card on 12/18/2017.

I have not received the merchandise as of 2/06/2018.

I have sent numerous e-mails to Sharon C. Mosely at support@saiyostore.com.

I get this tracking email that my order label was made on 12/21/2017 and I should be receiving my order soon??

Now here it is 8 weeks later. NO MERCHANDISE!!  And they BILLED my Credit Card on 12/18/2017?

Is that LEGAL?  Can or Should they Bill you on a pending order.

I'm going to make sure Amazon knows how sorry this Saiyo Store is.
