I ordered and paid $42.95 for a neck hammock on 12/18/17. I received any email stating that my odder was on its way. On 1/17/18, I sent an email inquiring about my order and when I could expect it. The site said the item was being shipped from California and I thought a month was an excessive amount of time to receive something in Massachusetts from California. I received a response stating that international shipping could take up to 10 weeks. The "tracking" label is created when the package leaves the international location (they never state where that is.) The tracking will state "label created" until it reaches the U.S.

I responded telling her that I believed that Saiyo is committing fraud by not disclosing the fact that they are international and by showing shipping originated in California. I specifically looked for this before ordering. I received no reply to that email or my subsequent one. Since my unanswered emails, I have repeatedly tried to go to the Saiyo site and view my order. The email link for my order states: "Oops, something went wrong. What happened? Checkout system disabled" (see attached) with no options other than to go back to their shopping page. As of this writing, 2/15/2018, I still have not received anything. Do not order from this place, no matter how tempting it is. You have been warned.
