SAJA Bankcard Services ripoff "I have only received $200,000 of the $600,000 owed." Commack, New York
I run a small casino in Florida, last year I was approached by a sales person from SAJA bankcard services. I was told they could beat the rates I was already paying with my current processor. The owner Dewan Bachai then paid me a visit re-stating the claims his sales person told me. Well, to make a long story short, I switched to SAJA , well it nearly cost me my business.
I processed over $600,000 in my first few weeks. I never had a dime dropped into my account. I would call the company and get the run-a-round. The sales person is no longer with the company, Dewan is out of the country....you name it I got a story on it. I finally got a return call from Dewan, he was calling from Missouri. He told me because of 9/11 all money coming in from over seas was tied up. Then he told me that I should have my money by the end of the week...because he was personally going to Germany to get the money released.
Well, on a hunch I call his office they tell me he is back in Missouri. I call the Missouri number, he then he tries to tell me he not in Missouri, he is in Germany..the phone call was just transferred to him. To this date I have only received $200,000 of the 600,000 owed. The only reason I got that was because I threatened to sue. I have filed charges against SAJA, but there is a small problem, SAJA was run out of Dewans' home, his assistant is his wife.
All the offices he supposed to have are fruads or no longer in business, the phone # are disconnected. This man is a fruad, what he does is set up merchant accounts all right. He sets up the account in some one he knows name, then the money is dumped into their account, then they draw the money out then close the account. He is a great scam artist.
Beware, he is a liar....he pulled the secret service scam on me to, I called the secret service and they told me they did not have anyone by the name of Dewan Bachai associated with them. Don't let him screw your business over.

Dewan, give it up, the game is over!! I know your fighting huge legal battles in 3 states. Dewan is a foreigner. He is not a U.S. citizen. He thinks all Americans are stupid!!
I worked for Dewan, I saw first hand how he operated, how he tried to cheat hardworking people. If Dewans' mouth is moving you can bet he is lying. He stated the reason his checks bounced is because his bank was hated rich foreigners so they did it on purpose.
Dewan is not rich, he played rich. He wore the same old tired clothes every time we would see him. He supposely owns the patent on the paint on the B-2 Stealth bomber....yeah right. Dewan how do you sleep at night? that's right.....with sleazy young girls that work for you, I bet your wife would love to know how many of the young girls you bedded while in Missouri. Hell, everytime you left Missouri we were hoping you would never come back.

My full name has nothing to do with listing your big important clients. If you were legitimate, you'd be proud to list such well-known clients and show you are for real. But you refuse to list them, which tells me that you don't have any.
For someone who didn't have the time to refute what this guy said about you, you sure have enough time to waste on here with petty insults. If you were truly so innocent as you claim, you would have put that time to use showing that his claims are wrong.
Bottom line: you still look like a crook and an idiot, with a lousy personality to boot. My guess is you are on some kind of medication, or should be. If I ever sent this Mark guy $200,000.00 Then he has some proof that I did so. Let him Show you, not me, proof that I sent hin the money. Also from what bank the money was sent. He cannot because I never process for him. Another thing Mark, What is your TID number?

You claim that if you had done this, the law would be breaking down your door and throwing you in the slammer. Yeah, sure, right, just they're gonna do to Ken Lay and his pals.
Why don't you name a few of these "big clients" you brag about, so it can be checked out? You're Mr. Big Shot talking "put up or shut up", ok toughguy, put up some names, or shut up and show you're a liar.
As far as your clients never having a problem, anyone who has been in any kind of legitimate business knows that problems are a fact of life. The fact that you are saying they've never had any shows me you are way off the BS scale, and are just lying to cover up.
To say he is a pitiful fool shows your attitude and it sucks. No professional business person would act this way. But professional is something that only seems to apply to you as far as being a CONMAN.
I'm glad you're good at something, although how that's gonna help you when you're stamping out license plates in prison is something I have no clue about. But judging from your post and your outlook I have no doubt you are a shyster and I hope you get what you truly deserve. And maybe while you're there, you can continue with your edjucashion and graduate the 4th grade so you can spell when you're lying, ok?

Tell me why I should respond?
If I ever did what mark said I did Then the law would have been at my company's door to sak question and incarcerate me, wouldn't they?
Then tell this Mark character put up or shut up. I process credit cards, yes . But I do not have a Mark as a client and non so far in Florida Ever.
I have a few large clients on the west coast that process millions monthly and never had a problem. So Either let him contact me by certified mail and I will Gladly let you know whe he does. So why respond to some who is hiding behind a veil or something that to this day He lost so much money and he is not willong to get the law on me. What a pittiful FOOL.

This scam is a common one. It can devastate a business as you illustrated.
I hope that you reported Dewan to the FBI annex is Missouri. If I were you I'd hire a PI to locate your culprit once and for all using the phone numbers you have.
The fraudster most likely has wired the money out of the country but the feds will get him. At the very least he will do major time.
Most importantly you've shared this with others so that cons like "Dewan" will have a more difficult time finding a mark. Thanks!
