Complaint Review: Salazar Roofing

Oklahoma City
had a strong hail storm in 2010. I wanted my roof repaired by a local company
and Salazar Roofing Has an "A+" rating as an accredited business with
the

BBB. A Hometown business with good ratings, what more could you ask for? Look
at all the commercials on Television! The work was not done by local people. It
was contracted out to a bunch of guys, that couldn't speak ANY English. A piece
of flashing had fallen off and was beating against the side of the house. When
I went to nail it back up I noticed the wood was rotten and nothing to nail to.
I looked around the whole house and half of the house has rotten boards. I
found a large area that didn't even have felt paper! I have tried for 45 days
to get someone to do something and they always have an excuse. I have also been
working with the Better Business Bureau and it hasnt helped any.

For those of you that want a good roofing contractor don't depend on the Better
business Bureau, to lead you to a good contractor. I paid the deductible and
State Farm Ins. paid the rest, so I wasn't looking for a cheap contractor. I
wanted to avoid the nonsense that happens to people who didn't use a reputable
contractor and this is what I got.
