Complaint Review: Sale My Time Share Now

In November 2018 I listed my time share for sale with "sell my timeshare now". Just to find that they use fraudulent sales tactics and doesn’t deliver anything they promise. I was told that they had a team of sales associates who were motivated to sell my timeshare. They don’t earn any money unless they sell my timeshare, therefore they will initiate aggressive marketing efforts to sell my timeshare in 120 days or less or my money back.

They did a market analysis on my time share and told me that based on recent sales of the same or equivalent properties i should list my unit for $10,000 i was told that this was the average sale price and it should sell quickly if i don't increase that price. I agreed to their recommendation and paid the $1,798 fee and listed it for $7,000.

Well their “aggressive Marketing effort” consists of simply placing your timeshare for sale on their website. They will dazzle you with a fraudulent sales pitch and make big promises but the bottom line is; you won't even be able to find your timeshare on their website with a regular search, you'll only find it if you search for the specific add number they give you three days after, and long with all the other people who fell for their fraudulent tactics with no other effort to sell your timeshare.

I have not received any inquiries or correspondence, so in april 2019 i contacted them again. I expressed my concern and desire to sell the time share quickly. They told me that the unit was advertised and that time shares don´t often sell as fast, but that I could reduced its price and make some changes to my add, they would sell it quickly. I agreed but now my Time Share isn't even on their site. I did report them with the BBB, but they are not members of the BBB, so they just answered a couple of times without any solutions and then they marked the complain as solved. Beware, their complains are never solved.

They insisted I would get immediate action. It is now July and I have still never received and inquiry of any kind for my unit.

This company is misrepresenting itself to customers. They talk a great game but deliver nothing. They impress you with market studies but they give you nothing in writing. And at the moment of the charge is when they start recording the phone call, not before when they make all those promisses All they want is your $1,798 then they are done. They tell you what you want to hear to extort the $1,798 from you and then tough luck.

This company is a "scam", they lie, they use misleading sales and marketing tactics and practices and commit fraud with out any consecuences
